Wendy's

This Wendy's is #1 in my book. The drive-thru workers are always very patient and give plenty of time to order. They make their food look like the photos on the menu. They also always ask about sauces. + condiments which I appreciate because I tend to forget. Affordable menu options such as the 4 for $4 & the $5 biggie bag are perfect for staying within my budget. thr drive-thru employees are just awesome. I love how they interact with my kids. I'm on my husband's account but wanted to share my experience with the Wendy's in Portsmouth Ohio Jacob a very young man that works here went above and beyond to help me in any way he possibly could between him and the young lady that was working with I am absolutely impressed..... Being new to this town and home after 23 years he made me feel like I never left thank you Jacob I appreciate you

Service was so good. I was stressed, drive thru was very busy. Everyone was working so hard. Kik went above and beyond with a complicated order, took the time to explain things to me and even when super busy took the time to fill our drinks behind the counter when a floor ij the machine was out. She was super helpful, very kind and kept a huge smile on her face through all of it.
