However, it’s the only thing that I wanted, and the lady at the front counter was being so kind and had the kitchen make my food fresh for me even though they were cleaning up and they were just so kind and absolutely they made my day. Burdock root - ueong, 우엉 Stirfried Anchovies-Myeolchi bokkeum, 멸치볶음 Seaweed - Gim-김 Red snapper would work for a protein! Look at black garlic as a soy sauce sub for people with hypertensive issues. Trumpet mushrooms or enoki mushrooms? Lotus root? Water chestnuts? Marin usually has high fructose corn syrup and that's horrific for your health. By the way, Radish kimchi aka. Kkakdugi, 깍두기 is very well liked by non-Koreans and Koreans. You can make panjeon with red lentil batter instead of wheat flour. Rice paper is another good gluten free ingredient. Then you can serve us in house, seated on the floor sitting on cushions, shoes off on a low table in metal bowls, with metal spoons and chopstics and KTrot or soccer playing on a huge flat screen tv. KTrot, think Ms. Trot on Chosun TV, Golden Oldies on KBS, etc. You're making me homesick! Carpe Diem!“

“This has become my favorite place to get Chinese in Columbus. The dishes I've ordered have been excellent. The sauces are wonderful, the ingredients are fresh and the portions are generous. This is the place for outstanding take out.

The dining room is rarely occupied in my experience but sometimes noisy. Parking has always been easy to find. Most diners spend little time in the lot since they are simply picking up their order.

The food is the thing. The owners clearly focus their efforts here and the result is exceptional.“

Usually when I order chicken and vegetables I feel like there is way too much chicken and hardly any veggies but that was not the case here. There were plenty of vegetables including zucchini, which I haven’t seen before but was very happy to have. The portion sizes were good for the price. The chips that came with the soup and the fortune cookies were a bit stale. The soup arrived warm and was delicious.“

“Went here for a company lunch outing and overall had a great experience. The food and service were both solid—our party of 8 was well taken care of, and everyone enjoyed their meals. Our chef was friendly and entertaining, doing all the classic hibachi tricks and gags. While not quite as impressive as some chefs I've seen at other Japanese steakhouses, he still made it fun. The only downside was that they were actively training staff at the table directly behind us during our lunch, which felt a bit out of place and slightly distracting. Otherwise, a good spot for group dining.“
