This chipotle in Powell really needs different management and new workers. Doesn’t matter if you go in and eat order it via Uber eats. But service is terrible. Employees act like you’re bothering them when they get your order wrong. Very rare if they get an order right. Place is constantly a mess. I’ve been to chipotles in the hood that operate better than this place. Such a shame.
By far the worst wrapped burrito I’ve ever had. It’s not even completely wrapped. No meat in the burrito. All the sour cream is in one spot.
If you’re going to have someone working your line with this quality I don’t want anything to do with your business. Where is the quality control? Who’s making sure the orders are correct and look correct. Nobody.
I would drive right by this location and get a street burrito

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a nice place to eat with great food and a pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant is very clean and efficiently run, with a good amount of staff to keep things moving quickly. The service can be hit and miss but is often great and accommodating, with staff being so kind and sweet. The seasoning was just on point for dishes like the Al Pastor bowl and the chicken burrito bowl. While portions are smaller when ordered online, the food is fresh.
