Good food but way too much tom-foolery behind the counter among staff… Loud talking, irreverent behavior… Great to have positive relations among staff members, but it can go too far and detract from the overall experience…
This morning I was waiting in line inside and Victor, assistant manager (I saw his name tag when it was my turn) was treating a teenage boy horribly. The boy was with his mom and took the initiative to order for him and his mom and he didn't have any attitude but you could tell he didn't quite know how to order things properly and Victor was being so rude to him basically making him feel stupid for not specifying if he wanted his drink hot or iced or his food in a wrap or bagel....read full review

Tim Hortons offers a mixed experience. While the coffee is consistently good, the new management lacks warmth. Despite being busy, the professional manager handles situations well. The Boston creams and blueberry muffins are always fresh and tasty. The cozy ambiance is inviting, but the staff could be friendlier. However, there seems to be excessive loud behavior amongst the staff, which can detract from the overall dining experience.
