HORRIBLE- after multiple yelp reviews, comments on Panera’s website and feedback in-store- including the time I saw a mouse, this officially ends my visits to Panera. I have replaced them with Corner Bakery- no mice, no brown avocados, and worth what you are paying. So disappointed in Panera and their lack of response.
