Starbucks in Powell

“My drinks may always be inconsistent and taste differently, but I’ve got accustomed to that. I’m writing this review because ten times out of ten, if Dylan is working he is so friendly + kind. I have been told, by former Starbucks employees, if you’re working the window you’re told you should talk to the customer to distract them from their drink taking a little long, but Dylan has been consistently the only barista who does that at this location. Whether he means it or not, he always seems genuine and I am always grateful. Someone give Dylan a bonus or something— I know customer service is a hard industry so being kind in it goes a long way.“

“A loyal Starbucks twice a day visitor, and it's been forever since I have had a subpar experience. Tristan was my barista and working alone she did an excellent job on my order. She had samples of the new apple machioto sat out on a clean counter, and although I am not a huge apple drink fan, it was delicious, and I would purchase it now. Samples have been a thing of the past for Starbucks, and it was nice to see them again. A clean counter is also nice to see as well as a smile. It was a blast from the past Starbucks experience.“
