“Taco Bell when a customer ask for sour cream on an item, most that I know would like it in every bite not just one big blob on one end of a burrito, taco. We love the convenience of this Taco Bell and have for the most part had great experiences here. We understand the rush sometimes but the quality of your food going out that window is what pays the bills for your employees and Taco Bell. In my opinion that’s where my management teams focus would be and that would be the number one goal, is quality food not the quantity of cars through the drive thru in a certain amount of time. Just my rant for having to devour one big blob of sour cream.“

Waitress went the kitchen and had another team member come and suggest an item that used to be on the menu. It was a very spicy shrimp dish w/ beans and rice. KUDOS to the suggestion. I was extremely happy and the rest of my family was very satisfied. Yummy margaritas as well.“

“WARNING! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! The food and service were horrible. They served burnt flour chips and didn't bring out a new order of them until the food had been served. Three of us were served burnt chimichangas, and my guacamole was old and bad (had a brown tint). When the server came back after 10 minutes to check on us, and I told him about the guacamole, I was offered more bad guacamole, but no replacement of my chimichanga that had the bad guacamole on it. I sent it all back and will not return to this Tres!“
