Staff was pleasant and kind! I haven’t been to Qdoba too often as I’m not from the area so I wasn’t sure what to order. The gentleman helping me was patient and did not make me feel rushed. He also took the time to make suggestions and answer my questions. Customer service is truly lacking in today’s world but it was nice to experience kindness and helpfulness @ Qdoba by Marshall University! One of our favorite places to eat. Love the food. Service is getting better but seems like a high turnover of employees and someone always trying to figure something out. Sad the one at the mall closed down. This one is still really good though.

The food was awesome! It tastes really fresh and flavorful. The staff were all super nice and fast working. Multiple of them worked together to cover stations if one got extra busy! The GM was also super nice, they came and talked to us and it was just a great atmosphere! Love it!
