Waited almost 20 minutes for a cappuccino with brown sugar syrup. Finally got it, and the coffee was so burnt, the flavor couldn't even hide it. Disappointing to pay $4 to $5 for a bad drink. The employees seem nice enough, but it's clear the operation isn't very efficient. Customers around me said they were waiting a long time as well, and everybody was getting a little grumpy.

Interesting for our first trip.
We ordered two coffees for the drive home, not grossly complicated. Received our items, went back to the car and realized that one was partially right. I guess we should say thank God for that.
The other was so horribly wrong you could not drink it. The coffee was burned, it did not have all the ingredients and what ingredients it did have were so HEAVY it made the drink distasteful. In an attempt to make a correction to the second...read full review

It feels like most the time I come here they are always out of something!!! I only get an iced caramel craze signature latte. It’s either the milk, the whip cream, or the cinnamon sugar that goes on top and yes the toppings are a big deal to me because I like to use the straw to scoop and eat the whip cream before I drink my drink.
