This wendys is great the lady at the window tonight on 5/29 she deserves a raise! The customers were rude to her that was before me and she handled it great!! Honestly the whole crew that night delivered a great product. I will be coming to Wendys in Ravenna more often!
was the only people in drive thru or restaurant plus was a door dash order and still had to wait over ten minutes said to pull up and i still had to go in to get it.
My fiance and I had ordered late, and Wendy's was closing at 12:00 am but the gentleman who served us at the drive thru was so kind ☺

Wendy's provides a welcoming atmosphere with friendly and professional staff. While some customers have experienced slow service and issues with food quality, such as cold fries and hard pretzel buns, others have had positive experiences with quick service and good food. The restaurant's frosty availability can be inconsistent, but overall, it remains a reliable stop for those in the area.
