I stopped in, honestly, just to use the restroom. It was occupied. The fella that came out didn't look embarrassed, but he should have. There was piss all over the toilet seat, and the toilet was so full I didn't dare try to flush it. I went out and asked a crew member, and she was fantastic! The food came out quickly. Everything was nice at the front of the house. Customer service was great. Didn’t really have any complaints until I went to the bathroom. I’ll leave the pictures to explain that.

I picked up my breakfast order today and was immensely disappointed in the quality. I had onions on my steak and cheese bagel, when I had requested none. On top of that ..the inside of my bagel was burnt...I mean BLACK burnt...very disappointed. See picture
