We have been coming to The Galley to celebrate for the past six years as a tradition and each visit is amazing. Our supper on Friday 10/25 was no exception. Everything from the appetizers and drinks to the entrees and desert was scrumptious and our server Dustin was excellent. He truly went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. “They have excellent food. The chips and shells are particularly well done and the rice is fluffy and delicious. The only problem is that the salsa is subpar, quite bitter and not tasty. The salsa alone is what keeps this from being a monthly consideration to a quarterly option. Compared to their outstanding chips, the salsa is beyond a disappointment and more of an a disgrace. The entrees are well portioned and come out hot. Service is typical.”

“Wow! This place was great! From the wines to the owners. Their knowledge is impressive and they know how to tell their story and keep you interested all while enjoying your tasting. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. They have a beautiful dog, Cooper, who is super friendly. I'm glad I found this in my Google search for places to visit in Parkersburg. I would come here again! Absolutely enjoyed my visit!”

“They have delicious subd but they were a lot better when you could taste the smoked meat and cheese..I guess to curb the price hikes over the years the meat and cheese has been sliced thinner and thinner to the point you can almost taste it..I would much rather pay 10 bucks for a delicious sub than to pay 6 or 7 bucks for what used to be the best sub in town.. Hopefully the owner will see this and consider bringing back the meat and cheese ..
