“First time visiting this Arby's so I was impressed because my ordered was made through the drive thru window and I was pleasantly greeted, my food was freshly made at the time I ordered it so it was hot because I sat and watched them slicing my turkey meat and prepared it completely while sitting in my car watching through the drive thru window and not sitting in a pre-made rack and microwaved. I was also offered a drink while I waited. Since I went thru the drive thru window I could not say what the atmosphere was like inside however, because of the atmosphere at the drive thru window was pleasant I gave them a 5 stars anyway.“
“I love Arby's food, so I tend to visit frequently. I hate getting pulled forward, normally that means my order is going to be wrong and I either have to dig through bags to make sure it's right or come back to get the right order. Tonight I was pulled forward but they got my order perfect, thank you!“
