“Meh, I go for the Jalapeno Poppers and Burger when it's available. My wife tried the "Philly Cheesesteak" and only ate 2 bites. ?It's an Arby's, you know what you're ordering, you know what to expect.Employees were fantastic!“
“I love Arby’s, I have been going to this one for years but I moved awhile back and then move back to Westerville. Went in to get some food and looks like it’s deserted. I understand due to COVID lot people don’t go in but it was just as cold inside then outside. That’s not very fair to the employees. After a little while they finally notice we were there and served us. Good was as always delicious. Fountain drinks in lobby is questionable, no ice and don’t no know how long it had been sitting their. Overall they are still great but the lobby needs some workParking: A lot of spaces not many people going inside anymore.“
“I had the holiday fish sandwich. It was very good, however the bun was smushed and disintegrated before I got to the end. We ordered on line and ate in the store. The store was remodeled and looks sterile -- no plants- there was a lovely tree growing in the front of the store. The seating was spaced and limited like COVID was still an issue, tho it was almost 2 years ago. The outside of the lovely brick building was painted white. Again, it looked sterile. But if you love their roast beef (and can afford to eat there) it is worth the trip.Parking: The handicap parking was right by the door. 3 spaces I believe.Wheelchair accessibility: 3 spaces by the door.“
