Headed out to BW3's in Reynoldsburg today. Was sea promptly. My waitress was Ashley. I ordered the Buy One Get One Free wings. I got Honey BBQ and Garlic Parmesan. You get six of each. Also ordered a small Onion Rings and or course celery/carrots with Ranch dressing. The Onion Rings were right out of the fryer and were super tasty with the Aioli dipping sauce. I waited for over an hour for my entree of six boneless wings, watching all the people being served and leaving who ordered after me. My server was great, even giving a second beer to me since she was unaware of some other server bringing one to me. I called the manager to my table and my food came, but there was no apology, no comp, nothing. I will not be going to another Buffalo Wild Wings after this initial experience. Very sad.
My traditional wings were very small. I have eaten at BWWs at least 100 times across the country and this location was by far the worst experience and food I have had unfortunately.
