“We used this Reynoldsburg O’Charley’s location to provide a meal for 50+ staff members at our local school for parent and teacher conference night. The food was hot and ready to go when we arrived. The staff was friendly and attentive. We were blown away by the amount of food we got for the cost and they even threw in extras for the staff. They included every little detail you could think of like serving wear, plates, napkins, lots of condiments and dressings even whipped cream for the pies. We were thrilled with the meal! Thank you!“
“I hope I’m reviewing the right place but they cater at my warehouse regularly and I just want to say it makes my night to be able to enjoy quality homecooked food every once in a while here. All of their sides and entrees (mac, collard greens, honey bb and smothered chx, sweet potato) are cooked wonderfully. i only had their cormbread and cookie once but both were amazing, and their mac and cheese is crack. Their staff are so friendly too :)“

“Took my daughter-in-law out for her birthday. Such a beautiful young lady. Had a great time. Server was very personable and professional. Food was hot and cooked to perfection. Fire going in the fireplace added to the restaurants charm. Easy to get to.Kid-friendliness: My grandson worked diligently until he solved the peg puzzle that is on every table. “We really like Chicken Salad Chick and eat there anytime we're close. The salads are always fresh and there is one to fit almost everyone's taste.Dietary restrictions: I have celiac and I enjoy that most of the chicken salad is gluten free so finding something to eat is easy.“
“I happened upon this place on google. I have been 3 times and the food is perfect each time. I wish the inside had a better vibe, it is kind of stiff. But paper towels at each table is a nice touch! I wish parking was easier to maneuver.Most of all - I wish they had better hours. It is bizarre how a restaurant closes at 4p during the week and 8p on weekends. Please stay open longer!“
“We met friends for lunch after church today & had a great experience from start to finish. Our fav server, Darron, is a long-time server. He is attentive, knows the menu & answered questions about new items. Hot rolls & honey butter! Mic drop. Our 4 orders came out perfectly. The new grilled chicken was so juicy & flavorful, plus the portions were generous. My hubs enjoyed the Country Steak with mushroom & onions in a light gravy with smashed potatoes & “new” green beans which he said were tasty. Darron was so kind & did not rush us while we visited after our meal, too. Highly recommend. If other O’Charley’s operated like this store does, they would be opening stores instead of closing them.“
