Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred today, April 24, 2026, at approximately 11:15 PM, at your Reynoldsburg location.
On this occasion, I was completely disrespected and humiliated by an employee and later by the manager on duty. I placed a simple order for fries with cheese, but the staff laughed at me and handed me only plain fries. I went to the drive thru, one baconator, 2 doubles and 3 orders of fries. Had to pull up, fries were cold and missing a double. Tried to call when I got home and found out but they don't answer their phone and of course, I didn't get a receipt. Congratulations, you lost a customer.
Chicken was raw. Ordered two different chicken sandwiches, one spicy one not. Both raw.
