They have recently gotten better and faster at getting food out and accurate. Which is nice, cause if I'm stopping for fast food it means I'm in a hurry and don't feel like waiting ten minutes for
Their okay at times and other times could be better. I dislike the dipping sauce change. They need more sides I think too salads like they use to have would be nice. Offer maybe another flavor of milkshake. Some pop flavor change. I think it's been the same for as long as I can remember.

Great, fast service in the drive thru for lunch! Nice staff and very helpful. Royal Spicy chicken sandwich was VERY GOOD! Asked for no sauce and added cheese, they were on point. They even asked to add other sauces. Very friendly here in Rittman.
