After taking what seems to be years to get a good group of people working there. It's way better then when I worked there a couple years ago. I've had my bad days with the Rittman Pizza hut. But there's nothing to complain about with the new crew on board. At least when and if a mistake is made there no argument of negative rebuttal from the staff. The jump right onto fixing it.Also.... There were only two workers in the store besides the delivery person. Those two girls worked their butt off to get all those orders done.They did an amazing job. This was the Rittman store

Employees are very nice, and make you feel you matter as a customer. Any time I experienced an "issue" they were quick to correct it and make it right. One of my pizza's came out burnt once and they put a new one in, they noticed it before giving it to me.
