They screwed up our order AGAIN! We ordered 2 weeks ago, they screwed it up. They corrected it. Ordered again today & screwed it up again! My husband graciously paid for their screwup along with the correct order. Asked for owners name & contact information, they are not allowed to give that out. Never ordering again!!

They gave me the wrong pizza and didn't toast my outrageously expensive sub sandwiches. They always screw something up here. east of chciago is very good, just not this location. This location will burn your pizza or you will get a raw dough pizza. I dont know whats wrong with their oven or if its operator error over there, or they just dont care, but they give East of Chicago a bad name

$40.00, everything was cold, had to heat pizza & garlic bread for 20 minutes in oven, had to heat mozzarella sticks & popcorn chicken in air fryer. Ordered crispy crust got thin crust, like a cracker. If I wanted to cook I wouldn’t have ordered out. We’re Giononos fans but decided to try another local pizza place, never again ?

East of Chicago has always been a favorite of mine. Don't get to eat from there very often anymore. Everything has gotten so expensive. If we could afford it, I wouldn't mind eating from there once a month, maybe more.

So, did a online order at 8:13 pm said 30 minutes. Arrived at 8:45 pm door was locked then a young man come to door and was asked did you get my online order and his response was... Haven't got any scene 3 pm ( people order I'm sure) and showed me a tablet with black screen. Not 1st time that this has happened so with that being said I'll take my business else where. Hello Fox pizza! This place is a joke and so are the employees. Won't recommend or order from here again.

Ordered a pizza for delivery and not only was it over an hour and no pizza deliveredbut we called at 9and they were closed so we didn’t even have a chance to order from a different place.Everybody at that place is a piece of garbage.
