“This is by far the best Gionino's around. We have one less than half a mile from us in Louisville but we drive to this one to get their pizza. This is our go to for any party or special event we have. Everyone always compliments how much better this one is over the one in town. Not to mention the owners are just amazing people who support the local community so much. Thanks for always providing a great pie!“

I'd try to keep her around & have her train other employees- even at other locations, if it were my business. She was polite & pleasant, well-spoken, & prompt with service. The food was fresh & hot. I don't normally have to stop & eat in Minerva, but I got held up with my work, so I decided to stop in. No regrets, job well done, and thank you.“

“Best service I’ve had all week. The staff is respectful to customers and each other. The kitchen is clean, organized, and efficient. If you want a good laugh, walk onto Dunkin’ Donuts on state st on a weekday and watch the staff insult their coworkers, and the drive thru and in store customers.
