“I will be honest, I haven’t eaten there yet but just had the greatest experience that restored my faith in humanity just a little bit. I was in the Akron area for training with TNVC and I assume my iPad was stolen. Today it pinged at someone’s house and then it pinged in the parking lot of the Basement a few hours after I locked it and left a message for the would be thief. I called and spoke with Stephanie, and after explaining what had happened she was king enough to walk to the parking lot while I pinged it. The thief had dumped my iPad in the dumpster, thankfully not too deep. I just wanted to say that Stephanie was amazing for being such a good person and helping someone with no expectation of receiving anything in return. Next time my family and I are in the Akron/waterloo area I will make sure I patronize The Basement if only to help repay a bit of the kindness shown! This is how a neighborhood restaurant does it!“

Definitely a new pizza discovery : pepperoni madness , what meaty perfect blend of different varieties of pepperoni,& we drizzled a side of hot honey on our slices and it was delicious!
I’m a bit of a wing snob, but I took a risk, with 6 bone in , and will say the crispy outer layer with the moist fresh chicken was a great surprise,,, I tend to hesitate ordering at a pizza place…

“We live in NC and when we visit Akron, the first place we head to is Belgrades. For many many years now, the men’s bathroom has needed to be renovated. It is somewhat unsafe, with the toilet being so low. A handrail was added but the bathroom could be improved. We just make sure we don’t have to go. Food is wonderful and so is the service.“

“My daughter ordered the family pack large pizza, 8 pieces chicken with jojos and coleslaw. We had just worked for 14 hours and she mentioned how awesome their food and prices are. I feel absolutely terrible that we ordered this an hour before they closed! The food was delicious and since I live close and never even heard of this place, I am going to be a regular! “Grabbed a pizza and wings for dinner. Got a medium with pepperoni. The pizza had a ton of sauce but needed a little more cheese. For the wings I got 12 bone in Buckeye bbq and I think it might be my favorite wing sauce. It has great flavor and just the right amount of heat. It is a little pricey as there weren't any specials or coupons I could use, but it is a very satisfying meal. Total for the pizza and wings was $34 99.“

“everyone's comments are kinda biased. for what it's worth I eat here everyday by delivery and haven't ever had an issue. does it take a while sometimes yeah..but you gotta think. visually. do you see ALOT of staff on floor. not particularly. do you see alot of drivers. no. it's the same 2 or 3 maybe. whom i assume are busy doing their job. driving. ..in the winter. so I'd say.im fairly pleased with it. also. i spend so much money at this store everyday of my life. Our food was done when we got there, we were only in the drive through a minute or two - we ordered ahead in the app. Food was hot, fresh and delicious, would definitely order here again. We got a pot pie, and just fyi IF you are planning on ordering more than a few of them, it is smart to call ahead and give them a heads up - they can only keep so many fresh and waiting - pot pie is not quick at home either, and you can't deep fry it. 😆“

I ordered from the S5 menu and added an order of cheese sticks an marinara but received plan bread sticks with no dipping sauce.. and that was all I was craving. but this has only happened once or twice in the years my family has ordered from you guys. can't win them all“
