Breakfast staff sucks today. The new general manager has run this store into the ground. Nothing compares to the last one! Everything used to always be on point! Now this store is trash! They need to try new management to see if this place can become close to what it used to be!

Visited around 11:00pm maybe, and even though there were people there, they didn't tend to me and looked me like I was a problem. They walked out the side of notifying building to a parked car, giving me a weird look. So, I left.

I was given OLD like I’m talking hard as a rock and cold cheesy tots, on top of that I ordered my son one thing.. chicken fries, I was given mozzarella sticks also HOURS OLD hard as a rock and cold they couldn’t even be eaten! . Middle of a thunderstorm and my garage is now flooded so I’m unable to get into my car to reorder. Ridiculous honestly they didn’t remake anything all day just handing out OLD FOOD.

Needs to be remodeled majorly. Everything is faded outside of building, landscaping needs done

Lobby doors always locked around 7:30 8:00 pm I don't have a car I can't use the drive through. BK needs to do like Rallys have a walk up window.
