The employees here are great! Friendly, fast, and professional. They always succeed at stellar service.The reason for the 3 stars is each time I’ve visited over the past six months, the ice cream machine is being cleaned.Today (2/28/24) I ordered at 8:30pm. According to their hours, they close at 10:00pm. I don’t find it reasonable to shut down the shake/ice cream machine an hour and a half before closing.They’re also usually out of cookies. I’ll have to satisfy my sweet tooth elsewhere.The chicken nuggets are a great deal though, and their BBQ sauce is yummy.

This experience last night at Burger King was the worst ever.Their new tots are just breading, not even much cheese or potatoes in them. I ordered 2 whoppers. I ordered one with the bacon whopper, and the other was an impossible burger whopper. Both burgers had hardly anything on it. It was just one piece of bacon. No sauce, 2 onions. 3 pickles. I hate to see what the 90-cent extra sauce would like. The ppl working there are rude. The guy said we were "gaslighting" him because he forgot our one order of tots. He said it's in there. There were only 2 bags of tots. He could have looked instead of saying we were lying. He made the 3rd bag of tots that were supposed to be in there anyway. 8.99 for a whopper is crazy I'd rather pay a few bucks more at a place that will give u your money's worth. Even mc donalds isn't this bad. I'd go to five guys or something. Burger King should be shut down. I don't know if it is the cook or if it is all burger kings being skimpy on toppings and rude to customers. But, of course, it is better to cook at home cheaper and better. But I'll take my hard earned money elsewhere. Burger King is not the king of burgers.

Horrible experience with the staff,, a bunch of low IQ dumbbells, from the woman up front (fat laughing sal) with tattoos, to the Goofy cooks in back, laughing, joking about the food (not in a nice way) making fun of the customers,, this place absolutely sucks and needs to be reported to corporate
