Today, for the first time ever, I ordered Einstein Bros Delivery via DoorDash from this Rocky River location. Unfortunately one of my bagel sandwiches arrived burnt black and sooty. That was definitely a bummer, but to make matters worse, after contacting DoorDash they said there was nothing they could do about it, no refund or credit for the inedible food item… I still had to pay for it! I did contact the store and they were apologetic and offered to put my name on a list...read full review
