Came in yesterday afternoon (5/8/24) and ordered a caramel macchiato and a mocha Frappuccino. I meant to order the caramel macchiato iced but I forgot. The barista (absolutely amazing team member named Atlas) saw my face fall when he handed me my hot caramel macchiato. When I told him I meant to order it iced he instantly said "I'll make you another one. You keep that hot one for free." While he was making the drink, I explained that we'd had a less-than-ideal...
I walked in and the amazing human behind the counter, Atlas (awesome name), gave me the most amazing compliment and genuinely engaged me in conversation. Unexpected, but so so welcome.You never know what someone is going through. Niceness matters. Thank you.
I’ve been to literally every Starbucks in NE Ohio and this is my favorite one. Best service, best atmosphere and best overall experience. I always get to go, but for those wanting to stay, it’s a very cool layout inside. A different world from boring modern designs of Starbucks. The counter to order is on the main floor. Tables are on the 2nd floor and basement. They are the nicest baristas here.
