Never again will I go to Chili’s. After a 45 minute wait for a table for seven you were told that no servers wanted to wait a table for seven. While we were talking to the hostess lady, came up and asked for a manager because they had been waiting for their food for over an hour. This was a huge mistake, because we are very generous tippers.
My meal was fine...but as we were putting the other half of my mom's meal in a carry out box...we found a very long hair wrapped all throughout her pasta. Naturally I already paid for the entire meal and tipped. We told the waitress and got no discount...like half off her food since we left half of it there to be tossed. No voucher, reimbursement or gift card. Just an "I'm sorry." 🤢 Do better Chili's. If you mess up you gotta make it right. 👎

Ordered the 3 for 10.99 deal. I chose the crispy sandwich meal. I didn’t know the sandwich has special sauce. I just assumed it was with Mayo as that’s usually how they come. There was not no description of sandwich under it on that area of the menu, I just ordered the deal. Received my food, didn’t eat the sandwich, sat with an empty glass, finally when the server got back to me asked me how my food was, I told her I didn’t like sandwich.
