“Our family and I went here for a great uncles retirement party tonight. We came with about twenty five people and they accommodated us greatly. The people there were so nice and my aunt and uncle were regulars there and the workers took time to congratulate my uncle on his retirement which I found to be a super nice gesture. They had a small restaurant inside of the bowling alley which I thought was uncommon and not like other bowling alleys. The food there was good. All in all it was a great visit with family and a lot of fun the people there were nice and there were many games and kids lanes for kids to play at. I even played a few games with my little cousin. Great time and good clean facilities. Good for families.“
“I knew of Rustic Haven since I was teenager. I went past it but never stopped. The past Saturday, my wife and I stopped for first time and reviewing menu on website. Food seemed a little more costly than other places we have visited but there are some extras which others didn't have. The Broasted chicken, which is very lightly seasoned and battered is All You Can Eat on Saturday night, that is what we had. It includes a salad bar which has various salads on it as well as pie for dessert and fresh rolls. We almost filled up on the salad bar. There are other things like steak, pork chops, sandwiches etc on menu if you wish. The waitress was the old type "Honey what can I get you! Is there anything else? You sure you don't want more chicken?" Sweet lady who was very attentive. Decor - think Christmas lights meet Grand Lake decor and you will understand. Everything was clean just some of decor was little tired. Overall we go for the Food and Service, not for the decor. If you are like us - Rustic Haven is worth a stop. “Wow what a huge difference! And I hear the breakfast is amazing with a line out the door. There is. Basic bar and they are really known for their food like homemade burgers, hand cut fries and 'New York style' pizza. The bar is beautiful.“
“Very good mushroom burger! The chef salad with fresh, fried bacon pieces was tasty. Boneless chicken wings weren't really wings but were more like tenders,..but tasty. BBQ sauce for "wings" was exceptional. Pizza was ok. Ingredients were fresh but sausage could use more fennel for my taste. No music the night we dined . As a "roadhouse" you might think it'd smell or be dirty, but not at all. Lots of acquaintances met there. Even felt like a family bar. Very nice meal and good Willie Nelson style music on sound track“
“This place has a great atmosphere and terrific food. The staff are wonderful. There's a couple of pool tables, a couple of big screens, and they let you connect your playlist to their sound system . It's a relaxing place to talk to others and just hang out.“
“Great food reasonable prices the lady who took our order acted like it was a chore to help us after she brought our food she never asked if we needed anything else and we never saw her again we had to get up and ask someone else for whatever we needed the other people who helped us were very kind I would definitely go back that said attitude is 90 percent of working with the public“
