I've had great food in the past.....unfortunately, however, we went for the crabfest that was advertised on Facebook and was very disappointed in the crab Mac n cheese that was made with imitation crab meat........WHY, JUST WHY?
Great food and at a reasonable price. The new owner is really an upgrade from the previous ones. A nice variety of tv screens above the bar for sports though, It would be nice to have a few more like other places around Salem.

This place is such a cute small town vibe, but nothing about the food is down played. The pictures truly don't do this Salem, OH fan favorite justice. The flavor was impeccable & portion sizes were adequate. I had the turkey pot pie (a seasonal item) that was to die for! The Italian sausage sandwich was hearty & delicious while the fried pickles were the perfect bite each time: they got an 8 on my personal fried pickle rating - which is pretty darn good.
