We’ve been going to this Fazoli’s location for the past couple years during our trips to Cedar Point. In the past service has been exceptional. Tonight, however, it was not. We had to ask after missing items in our order multiple times. We never received the marinara for our mozzarella bites (that we asked for at the time we ordered & asked about after they were eventually brought to our table). The staff here are amazing and the food is always good. Missy is great always a good experience with her and the rest of the staff!
extremely poor to nonexistent service. drive-thru is almost never operational. employees are extremely rude & routinely ignore customers. would not recommend to anyone.
