The service is good but never have deep dish hot n ready. Never, ever. Why the most selling item is never on hand is piss poor management. Wish we had another location in sandusky to choose
According to their pizza tracker, my pizza was done and being boxed up for 20 minutes. I walk inside goo directly to the pizza portal which is empty. I informed the team member I was there for a pickup order. He walked around for a minute and found my order which was sitting out getting cold. The bread sticks were old and dried out.
