WHAT A JOKE! A dead restaurant when we got there at around 8:00pm. We got an amazing Waiter who took care of us right away. The table behind us also sat down at the same time we did (we’ll come back to that later). We ordered our drinks and were looking over the menu. 10 minutes goes by and he brings us our non-alcoholic drinks and walks away. You can see him running around frantically. This place has low quality food ... the hamburger was awful. Meat had a meatloaf texture and an odd flavor. Boneless wings were clumps of unidentifiable meat. There are too few servers for this huge restaurant and we were told at 8:10 that they closed at 9:00, that it would be 30 minutes before we were seated, and the last order taken would be at 8:50. Worst customer service. Brianna was our waitress and she was rude and dismissive. Not worth the money. Food was ok, but the customer service ruined it all.
