Poor staffing. Poor customer service. Burgers were cold and hard. Slushy barely had flavor. More ice than anything. Very disappointed in this place. Not only that but their ladder wasn’t locked away. A child could climb that and get hurt.
Genuinely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I am 67 years old for reference. Was getting food with my grandson and ordered 50$ worth of food. Not only was I waiting in line for days on end, Sydney was being a complete jerk to me. The order was wrong and they were blasting inappropriate music while they were cooking. I waited for almost an hour for food I ordered online. Half the food was missing from the bag, and after waiting that long it wasn’t even a priority to go back and try to get the missing food. I’ll add to this review that the food I did get was gross. It was cold, tasted almost like chemicals or uncleaned kitchen appliances either way it was so gross I did not let my family eat it. Sonic Drive-In offers a good experience with nice service, despite occasional wait times and stock issues. Menu items like corn dogs, cherry limeade, and pretzels are consistently satisfying. The shakes are good at 1/2 price. The hostess at the window was very polite and friendly. Food was correct and tasty. The only down side was a limit of 5 condiments. This Sonic location may face challenges, but its loyal customers hope for improvement.
