Went for a hot chocolate on a very chilly night. The young lady made a wonderful suggestion which was a hit! Aria did an awesome job. She genuinely made a great impression & customer connection. Thank you Aria for making my day!! ☕☕💯
The service is always really great but they never get the toppings/cold foam situation correct. Most times I just drive away and deal with it even though I'm usually paying extra for something they forgot. This time was kind of the last straw where they messed up and gave my husband's drink regular cold foam instead of nondairy and he's lactose intolerant. I feel really bad even complaining but like, really check your drink before you leave.
