I don’t know why the workers here feel so inclined to skimp out on drinks just because I paid with stars (I used to tip in cash right after :/). Y’all know how much it costs to get a free drink, right? Especially after giving constant $5 tips even over small orders…. a practice I’ve given up at this point. The customer service here just progressively gets worse.
I've never been inside a Starbucks where the staff was so friendly. Like....everyone here seems to love their job. And more importantly, they seem to love providing good customer service.At least 3 baristas told me to have a nice day.This type of behavior is shocking for a chain. Especially Starbucks.

I don't know when Starbucks started the initiative of small talk at the window and the speaker but it really slows down service. It should not take 17 minutes to go through a drive-thru, and this has happened every single time I've come here over the last 2 years. Also, they used to start your food items in the oven when you ordered it at the speaker, why are they starting it when you get to the window now?
