Menu needs to be more informative as to type of food served. Went for a family members birthday breakfast, she loves the waffles so there is that. I however ordered sausage gravy over a biscuit with 2 eggs. If you are into a sugary sweet breakfast this would be for you..Also after the gravy shock my husband was not given the bacon he ordered. A 'meh' meal sadly.
We had some of the most outstanding food and amazing A1 service here. 10/10!!!! We felt so welcomed in and cared for. From the menu and drink explanations to the quality of food, it was all just so so good! We certainly wish we had this stellar of an experience every place we dine!!! You don’t find service and food like this everywhere! Will be back!!!!!!!

Wake Up And Waffle offers excellent food and super friendly service in a comforting atmosphere. The waffles are fantastic and everything is absolutely delicious and pretty much customizable. The staff provides exceptional and attentive service, explaining the menu thoroughly. The Bloody Marys are tasty, and dishes use fresh ingredients. A must-visit spot in Sandusky, perfect for breakfast, with some of the best breakfasts ever had.
