Service was great, but my quarter pounder looked like it was run over by a truck. It tasted good, though. And the fried mushrooms and milk shake were tasty. Also a little pricey.

Parked in back of lot sat for 30 min with my lights on and not a single person ever came to me to ask for my order. I dont know if it was because I was parked next to a cop or what. But I have never been to a swensons where I never was served. I sat from 1230 at night to almost 1:15 am and everyone else got served and not a single person came to my vehicle to ask for my order. Wont be coming back here again

The worse and tasteless burger i had in a long time. It's so bad that i ended up throwing it away.

Swensons is proof that you don’t need a fancy dining room or a trendy menu to be successful.

Fast service, great burgers, hot food, and reasonable prices. They know exactly what they are and execute it well.

In a world full of restaurants trying to reinvent the burger, Swensons simply makes a really good one.

The service is still good and the people are nice. But man the food quality has gone way down over the years. I ended up throwing away half of the last order I got for the family. Also figured it’s worth mentions that they packed 4 people’s meals into a brown lunch bag sized bag and the ranch cup I was given looks like it had be kicked around the parking lot and had a strange red sticky substance all over it.

The food tasted very good but they didn't stack my bag very well and everything was smashed. Otherwise fast service and smiling faces!

Disgusting, do not come here. they do not clean their stove after each order, i order plain burgers on purpose only have them filled with onion scrap and sauce fragments from other meals.

Big dark hair in my milkshake. Vile.

All for 30 dollars, 2 burgers, a chicken sandwhich and a drink for 30 dollars and you cant even clean the stove or make sure there isn't hair in the food.

We as a people need to stop giving businesses like these our hard earned money until they go back to the standards of 20-30 years ago.

For those who know, the food reminds me of Rally's, maybe Sonic. I like that the chili for the coney dog seems a little spicy. Pricing feels pretty good. Would come here again. Kind of awesome that they have sloppy joes!

Been coming here for a couple years and have ups and downs every visit. They don’t seem to have any consistency. Got a cold hot dog (ironic, right?), some extra sauces I paid for ($1.39 for maybe half an ounce of sauce), and some average at best sandwiches. I keep going back thinking I just had an off day, but after a dozen times, I know they just can’t get it right. 5 potato teezers for over $5, sure. Missing ingredients on every special order, of course. It’s not fine dining, but for $30 you expect sauces to be filled and food to be hot. I guess I’ll just look down the road as I haven’t had 1 complete experience where they didn’t screw something up

So, clearly Swensons doesn't want to make hot chili. What a joke
