Chicken is good. We always order to go because the tables are never clean. I feel like its priced kind of high for what you get.

Food was tasteless, chicken dry and no flavor. Mac n cheese was chunky and nasty. Biscuits dry as well. Horrible experience and complete waste of my money. Didn't even have all menu options so I could only order the things I mentioned.

First off waited 25 minutes just to order, and I could tell they were understaffed, l waited another 55 minutes to get our food. Ask a couple times about situation management said he was doing 5 different things and couldn't come and speak to me. Was told three times we were told waiting on this or that. I Think the main problem is they are way short staffed and need to pay attention to customers that are there waiting in the restaurant should be top priority and online and door dash should come next. FOOD WAS AMAZING AS ALWAYS!! JUST NOT WORTH THE WAIT!!!

Management is a total clown show. While I was there around 8:20 pm on Thursday July 31st, a door dasher arrived and asked for their order. The girl at the front counter informed her they were out of the flavor the customer had requested and that multiple dashers had already come and gone without the food. The dasher then contacted the customer and the customer chose a different flavor they had in stock. All of us customers at the counter then saw the front counter girl tell a male manager and another female employee what the customerās new order was, and they nodded to signify they understood.
Fifteen or so minutes go by and the front counter girl was gone and a teenage guy had taken her place. He called the dasher up and informed her the store was out of the flavor on the original order. The dasher explained they had resolved this over 10 minutes ago and that the manager was aware and was supposed to have been making the food. The poor kid was mortified and said āYouāre kidding?ā The manager is standing about 10 feet away within earshot but refusing to deal with this himself. The dasher finally got him to respond after calling out āsirā a few times, then this GROWN MAN starts WHINING like a spoiled little kid saying āI donāt know what Iām maaaaking, I canāt make it if I donāt know what Iām maaaakingā. I am not exaggerating, he was whining like a little girl (no shade to little girls! Iām sure plenty of them would have handled this situation with more maturity and competence than this full grown, salaried manager). Iāve truly never seen anything like it. It was like a skit straight out of Saturday Night Live. The dasher got fed up and left. I doubt if that poor customer ever got their food. When I finally got mine it was extremely greasy and not worth the price.

I have 30 minutes for a break and it took all of that to get my 1 chicken sandwich. Just a sandwich. No fries, no drink, no nothing. I sat for over 30 minutes. And so did everyone else around me. Ridiculous
