Awesome brownies! Thick, moist, rich and chewy. One of the best brownies I’ve had in a long time!

The cookies are excellent, i’m going to get some more this weekend.

I travel all the way from the west side to shaker just for these cookies. Today, I placed an order for 10 brownie chocolate chip cookies, the only cookies I ever buy from here. However, today the cookies I got tasted like nothing but chocolate chip. They didn't even look like the usual brownie chocolate chip cookies. I took them back and she assured me that they were what I ordered. I've never encountered this problem before and to say I am not pleased with these cookies today is an understatement. They ended up being discarded. Not what I wanted or paid for. This definitely wasn't Ella May's regular Brownie Chocolate chip cookie. Very disappointed patron and waste of $25

I am a chocolate chip cookie fanatic and these cookies are top tier. My family especially loves the option to buy the dough to make at home on our own time. The quality of the dough is just phenomenal and they taste fantastic. I did have some issues with service recently related to pricing and consistency among the cashiers but after leaving a review about this experience the owner immediately contacted me.

I wasn’t sure what to expect honestly, we’ve all seen business owners going at it with customers on social media sites and even under reviews. But thankfully she was pleasant, responsive, and professional. She actively listened to the issue and took accountability. This was a relief because I don’t want to imagine a reality where these chocolate chip cookies are not in them! Amazing, amazing cookies! And if you like them baked a certain way, I highly recommend buying a pint of the dough to take and bake.

I rarely write reviews—maybe one or two a year—but after visiting Ellie-May’s on a business trip, I had to share my experience. The cookies were phenomenal, and the brownies were outstanding! Perfectly baked, with a slightly crispy exterior and a soft, chewy center—just how I like them.

This will definitely be my go-to spot for business and personal desserts whenever I’m in the area. On top of that, the service was engaging and friendly, making the visit even better. Highly recommend stopping by!

I would never mean to speak negatively about
a business, but ellie mays is truly an unprofessional business. I made a review saying how my family loves ellie mays, but has items that could be better. The owners response? “Our cookies are unworldly” and “our brownies are soight after” lol okay. But with that being said, it truly is a shame to has a small
local business respond to critique with such hospitality and immaturity. But again, the owner says I am a bot. So with that being said, my bot self will be giving business to phoenix coffee! Ps. the matcha was 6.95 :)

One of the best damn cookies I’ve ever eaten! You can taste every premium ingredient in each bite. Can’t wait to get my hands on more sugar cookies!

Brownie chocolate chip is my favorite unique cookie. Love the famous sugar cookie. You never can go wrong with their chocolate chip cookie.

I recently visited here and had the chance to try almost all of their cookies, as well as a brownie. I have to say, they were all delicious! Each cookie had a unique flavor and texture, perfectly baked every time. The brownie was rich and fudgy, definitely a must-try for chocolate lovers.

Aside from the tasty treats, the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Overall, it iis a solid choice for anyone craving sweet baked goods. Highly recommended!
