The sandwich and side I had were tasty. The atmosphere of this market/ bistro is quaint. Unfortunately, I found out they're closing at the end of June. You've got a month to check them out.

Came here for lunch. Ordered chicken rice soup and a wrap! The prices are great and the food was excellent ❤️

My wife and I had the privilege of having J. Pistone cater our wedding rehearsal dinner on October 6th, 2023. The wide range of food options that were made available to us gave our guests a fantastic pallet of delicious options. Additionally, the staff that were present to help serve food and drinks were extremely kind and helpful. We would, without a doubt, strongly recommend J. Pistone for catering any kind of event!

Wonderful neighborhood market and cafe. l highly recommend for breakfast or lunch. Order at the deli counter and food will be prepared to order and delivered to your table or packaged for carry out. I enjoyed the Shaker Beef sandwich. You really should try the Lobster Bisque as it’s fantastic. You can’t go wrong with the Key Lime Pie for dessert. Before leaving I shopped their market for some pasta and also found Maple Crackle. Just WOW! Great people and service in a clean neighborhood setting. Not fancy but there aren’t many places like this left.

Ate in the little dining area. Very clean. Service was excellent. Super friendly. Food was amazing. Breakfast quiche was delicious and well more than enough for one person. The key lime pie was the best I have had outside the Florida Keys. Definitely would return.

Hidden away a stone's throw from the Van Aken Center in Shaker Heights is a wonderful cafe beloved by the locals--J Pistone. A great place to go for lunch with daily specials, wonderful fresh salads, paninis, and daily specials, Pistone's is a favorite meeting place for neighbors. You must, must try their Lobster Bisque--made daily it is rich, fragrant and succulent with lobster. Also delicious is their Asian noddle salad and wonderful pastries. It offers great take-out, catering, and a nice selection of wines.
