The bread is never fresh all the staff are disrespectful and refuse to fix your sandwich as you request. They tell you when you've had enough topping on your sandwich and refuse to add more even if you offer to pay extra. I've had multiple bad experiences at this location and will not ever return again.

I visited this location fresh off work and everything was ok until it was time to check out.. On the menu my sandwich said that it costs $12.49 and the worker tried to charge me more and then when I told and showed her the price she still tried to make it seem like I was wrong and told me I didn't know what I was talking about, and to make matters worst another worker started to accuse me of trying to cheat them which was far from what was going on. After a back and forth argument a third worker came from the back and charged me the price on the menu so I was able to leave.. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone until different employees are there!

Subway on Van Aken protein bowl was delicious. Very meaty
