I've been sitting in the line for 15 minutes, when they're clearly open for another 30 minutes. Seen a worker at the window, but no one has said anything in the speaker and when I drove up to the window, no workers ever came up.

Horrible service
2 large fries and the manager gave only 1 ketchup pack to share with two people. The manager refuse to give 1 more ketchup pac, and waited in line 45min.

Worst wendys I'veever been too, asked for a apple peacan salad instead of saying they don't have any salads their asses go in the lettuce their making sandwiches with and give me that withered old ass mix and ordered 4 piece chicken nuggets and got 3. Run don't walk worst wendys ever.

This place is thought would be decent. I drove here from far and disappointed. The service is bad. They messup your order, my sandwich, they missed cheese and fried onions, who misses cheese in a sandwich.? That's recklessly made and very unprofessional. The people who work here should be fired.

Zero stars if I could. This Wendy’s is pathetic and the workers are even worse. Not only is the wait time always atrocious, this time we placed a pick up order, once we arrived they still haven’t made it. We asked them what’s going on and the worker scoffed, acted like we were insane for asking, then ignored us. We ended up leaving and previous times our food was cold and gross. Don’t waste your money or time here.

Drive through line was extremely slow!!! Hadn’t been there in a while because it takes so long. Not sure who is managing, but they need help and training from management. (Needs a total revamp or close, this location is not an asset to the community) will not return or recommend

They ignore you and/or make you wait long for no reason on purpose if it happens to be later in the day. If you don’t want to serve food past 8pm then don’t say you are open past 8pm. Been here many times and staff always pulls this stuff

Order through mobile app $33 guy say pull up accepted the order then said we don’t have nothing I couldn’t cancel the order or nothing he was so rude about it. Walk away from window the other guy tried to help but he said he didn’t know why he accepted the order now I’m going through hell to get my money back. They not accepting phone calls the girl that was there was rude arguing on her phone about chime and cash app🙄the guy in picture did at least try to help
