Why does it say you close at 1:00 am? I tried to order at 12:30 am and no one took my order. You need to update your hours in google

I went to order a single with cheese and had a white matter in my food that was not mayonnaise.
Nov. 7 2025. You rarely get a take out meal (food-in-a-bag) that is, well, impressive. I guess we have just become desensitized to the lack of care in the service industry. But I’m taking the time to congratulate the staff at Wendy’s this evening. My sandwich was well wrapped and warm (not hot, but you can’t have everything.)
My fries and nuggets were resting well IN their container, not rolling around the bottom of the bag. ALSO, there were two napkins AND ketchup included. I tell you I was pleasantly surprised, and grateful for a tidy meal for once. Oh and the two people at the window were friendly and nice. Thanks guys

I get off work at midnight. I get there at 1215am and they’re already closing the store yet, they’re supposed to close at 1am. This happened 4 times smh.

Despite waits in the drive-thru up to 30 minutes -- no exaggeration -- on a regular basis, I continued to patronize this Wendy's simply because it was close to my house. No more. I recently ordered delivery from this location, and the order was wrong. That itself is fixable, and nothing I would ever take the time to write a 1-star review for. I called the manager that night and told her about the wrong order, and I had hoped to get a refund. Instead, she offered to give me the correct meal if I could come in the next afternoon. Not what I wanted, but I accepted. I pulled up to the drive-thru the next day (because the dining room is often closed during the day, presumably because of lack of staff), and I was told by an employee on the intercom that they were closed... at 4 pm. I told her that the manager said I could come in today to get my free meal that was messed up the previous night, but again she told me they were closed because a manager had not shown up to work yet.
I have 100% sympathy for the employees at restaurants during these times of staff shortages. However, crappy service undeniably starts at the top, and the top here doesn't show up for work on time and lead by example. Never, ever again.

Waited 30 minutes in line to wait 15+ minutes at the order window. Finally gave up when the rest of the drive thru was clear and left without ordering.

Went through the drive through to order the food, when receiving the ordered food which was a Medium Baconator, and a Biggie bag it was all thrown in the bag with (3) small fries everywhere, and a wrinkled wrapped burger as if it had been served to someone else and then served to me and a Baconator. I had to park and go into the restaurant after having to wait over 12 minutes in the drive thru to have the order corrected. Understandably they are working short and in the process of hiring, but customer service should still be an important component of any business.

I want to start by saying I believe every individual that works at this store including management should be fired. It doesnt matter what shift. Its always bad attitudes, HORRIBLE customer service and the food is never right.

Just waited 25 minutes in the drive through for French fries. Employee decided to take the trash out while there’s 7 cars in line and then cussed the customers out on his way back in

At the drive through the service person kept cutting my husband off after he tried to order and then told us we had to come inside. We said okay but he started yelling about coming in , we aren’t sure if he could hear us or not but we finally said forget it and didn’t bother buying anything.

I ordered a Biggie Bag with a Double stack i ordered no ketchup and extra onions. The sandwich came back with Only ketchup and 1 piece of onion. I live to far away to turn around. They need to do something about it. I don't want to feel like my order and money doesn't matter.
