a large choc. frosty is an obvious move with the large fries. classic and was tasty. only critiques would be the fries needed more salt. In addition, bring back real fry oils! ditch the industrial waste product aka seed oils like palm, rape seed, soy, canola, and several more!

I work late and look for dinner after 10pm... The past several times I've come to the Warrensville Center Blvd location the food has been fresh and delicious, the staff seem to be enjoying themselves while working, they are all funny and friendly almost like they are all friends outside of work! I typically get spicy nuggets and a strawberry lemonade and it's always tasty! The order is never wrong and they never forget sauces or straws unlike McDonald's down the road! Thanks to all the night shift staff here for being awesome!

This place is becoming more and more insufferable they don't listen to the orders properly in the drive thru. They get everything wrong then get a nasty attitude. They raised the prices and are completely lowering the customer service. Never again if you want better service go to the one in Beachwood 5 min drive up Chagrin with out the ignorance.

They might be under staffed it did take almost an hour , you can’t get out of line because it’s blocked they gave me the wrong sandwich they put a burger & chicken on my sandwich which I am disappointed, they take your card or phone inside the window instead of letting you do it but other places are like that as well it’s nerve racking honestly when you can’t see. The man was nice though no attitude.

I went to Wendy's, July 9th, got my family. 3 different combos paid about $32 for it. Upon arrival at home my son yells out to me dad check your food cause my sandwich is raw. I looked at my sandwich it was raw to the point where my bread was soggy. My daughter's was actually raw also . I reached the store said I would have to talk to customer care cause it's a sensitive matter. I've talked to customer care and I sent on pictures and everything they asked for . Today 7/25/2025 and I still haven't herd from anyone. This is not you do business I have a business of my own and if I served someone raw food, I would get back to them ASAP. I am livid I've never had a issue with this store before. All I wanted was someone to reach send me a refund for my time and money..

I've been sitting in the line for 15 minutes, when they're clearly open for another 30 minutes. Seen a worker at the window, but no one has said anything in the speaker and when I drove up to the window, no workers ever came up.
