“This is a great hotpot concept restaurant, which combined the Traditional Chinese style hotpot & Japanese style nabe and here it is the Taiwanese style hotpot with fully cooked ingredients inside the pot.Service was wonderful and attentive. Interior decor is clean with minimalist style.The flavors of these pots are great. We loved the taste and quality of the meats, veggies, blood-cake, tofu, seafood and more.The meats that come with eat pot wasn’t much, so we ordered additional orders of meats and seafood, which was perfect and more than enough.The large spicy does have a kick to it, so be aware.Additionally, I’d like to mention, their rice was very delicious as well, since they used good quality medium grain Asian rice, and not those thai jasmine rice. ??I felt fortunate to be able to find such good hotpot place in Ohio. “One of my favorite red restaurants. Located near Hyde Park. This Thai restaurant has the best ladna noodles I have ever had with a spice of 1 to 10 a 4 is great without causing too much heat and they will also bring out some spices to add more if it is not spicy enough. On the other end the food is not at all spicy if you want it that way. The Pad Thai is also fantastic.The servers are friendly and funny and very quick to help.Parking: There is free parking at the back of the restaurant, but paid parking was $2 if you need to park out front or on the street. This is a busy road, so be careful when backing out.“
“There were five of us and we each ordered different proteins and we shared. The individualized broth/soup worked well for all of us. I got the Mala's spicy broth that I spiced up using additional schechuan chillies. Everything about the place is what one would get in Chongqing or Chengdu. I love going here during the cold winter days.“
“This is one of my absolute favorite restaurants. I have to watch my calories and carbs, so hot pot works well for me because I just get protein and vegetables. I’m there almost once a week and I travel 30 minutes to get there, I love it so much! The service is also outstanding. My only critique is that they charge $3.95 for soda water from the fountain. I don’t know any establishment that charges for soda water.“
“The food was the highlight of the experience. We ordered General Tso's Chicken (3.5 broccoli cold the rice was just ok), Double cooked pork belly (5 the depth of flavor took it over the top), crab ragoon (a very solid 4), seared dumplings (4.2 the dipping sauce was not that good), steamed small pork buns Shanghai style(5 we used the chili sauce thats on the table it was a great combination) . The was served mostly fresh and fast.The only drawback was the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. It needed a good sweep, mop, and wipe down. The waitress was a little rushed.Overall, it was 4.5“
“This is a great place for group dinner- came in with a group of 8 colleagues and we had a great meal. Decided to do the hot pot and BBQ (their rules won't let you mix for the table, so if you all don't want to do BBQ OR hot pot, you have to pay for both for everyone in the party). They have a buffet area with a few appetizers, desserts and a sauce station. Appetizers were ok, and by the end of the meal none of us had room for dessert- so I can't comment on that. Our server was great, explained the process, was very attentive during the meal bringing additional food as needed and advising on how much food was needed. They have plenty of protein options (we had a pescatarian in our group) and veggies. Only thing to note, after a while of the BBQs running, it did get a bit smoky around the table. To the point some of our eyes started watering. But at that point we just asked for the grills to be turned off since we were done using them.“
