The self serve kiosk idea is horrible. May work for individuals, but not for families of 6+. Took 10 minutes to place order, heard everyone cussing out the kiosk and watched at least 15 customers leave. I felt sorry for the guy behind the counter, everyone was so upset and taking it out on him. Going to BK or McDonalds next time if I see a Kiosk only at Wendy’s. Also, put in more than 1 drink dispenser. Having to wait 5 minutes to fill drinks is not fast food or good customer...read full review
Rudest lady ever!!! I'm not from Powell but when Dee the lady at the window decided too have me like get out of my sit to get coffees this morning bc she couldn't reach out the window and then began to slam the window each time she opened it and I said .... the was rude as hell and she said what and I said it again and she slammed the window again then made me reach for the bag with breakfast panini sandwiches I was mad and said a few choice words .... rudest person I have ever...read full review
They lady that "shoved" my breakfast bag at me was the rudest ever. Yesterday was my first time getting breakfast there and I can say I will never go back.
