The chipotle in Sheffield is terrible. Multiple different visit and only 1 hard working guy busting his hump! That guy should get a raise and a job that appreciates his dedication. But we will be frequenting the one on west river because of this situation
I went to the Chipotle at Sheffield Village and purchased meals for my family, including fountain drinks. There were 4 soda options out if order already but quickly found out the Sprite was out as well. I notified the staff who told me if it was out it was out so I asked for a refund and gave the kids water. I was told no refund since we were using the cups. I told them they could have the cups back and I wanted a refund. I was again told no and I could call a customer service...read full review
Extremely disappointed over all as the double meat portion I got, was the same exact size as my wife’s single portion. Then when I go to eat it not long after received the order, everything was cold.
