“At the Shelby OH location I tried ordering a Quesarito at the drive thru and was informed that we (customers) can't order a quesarito at the stores anymore, but can order it through the tacobell app. I got out of line and put an order in and got everything the way I had ordered it (which is great, because my fiance is picky and likes having a lot of substitutions). All in all, it was a positive experience, I'm just confused as to why I can't order a quesarito in person anymore, and wonder what else can't be ordered in person.“
“Great Mexican/American food. Tableside Guacamole is excellent.. food comes out fast and hot. Only thing is I wish they served more authentic Mexican food like tongue, goat meat,Horchata ,tripe etc. But it's good reasonable food. Very friendly staff. We eat there monthly.Parking: It occasionally can be hard to find a spot. Is not handicap friendly as you have to go down stairs. Unless they have a ramp somewhere not recommended to be in a wheelchair here. Only negative.Kid-friendliness: Bring the kids.“
“I only like to eat food that is highly favored and seasoned, like Chinese, Indian, a nice well marbled ribeye... Pasta? No thank you...too bland!I ALWAYS look for al pastor tacos wherever I go. These are the BEST I've ever had. Including California, Texas, and Mexico (granted I was at a touristy area)“
“I love the atmosphere here very chill and relaxing As well as Nostalgic The service was great I feel I was a bit needy and they went the extra mile to answer all my questions and to get me everything I needed I was very pleased as I was there on my lunch break and didn't have much time. I had the birria Tacos they were nice and crispy And the perfect savory combination when dipped in the consume that was bursting with flavor This was my first visit to this location And with the combination Of great service and my amazing meal This is a trip I will never forget and hope to return again very soon Thank you guys for being amazing and For displaying an unforgettable experience“
“No dining in just drive thru. They make great food. I had the Golden Burrito 14vinch tortilla with ground beef. It was very good. The wrap it in foil so it was still hot when I ate it when I got to where I was going. Nice and fast making it after you order“
“Was craving Mexican food,stopped in here and was pleasantly surprised. The food was great and the atmosphere was like you were in Mexico. The service was top notch and ended up getting the fajita dinner for two which comes with chicken, steak, shrimp and chorizo opted not to have the chorizo in our dinner and for only $25 for dinner for two with plenty of leftovers to take home, this is a budget friendly place definitely would recommend giving this place a try if you have never been here.“
