Our crew stopped by early for breakfast and while the service was as expected the food was not. A coworker and I chose the Veggie Protein Bowl which I thought was great when I tried it at a different location. This time the scrambled egg was way overcooked and everything else in the bowl was mush. After we wait an extended time for our breakfast, there wasn't time to wait for a retry on their part. I'm hoping this is a one time issue or at worse a location issue.

I went to the sydney ohio bob Evans this morning and it was horrible. Waited 45 minutes after ordering only to recieve a rise and shine burger that was under cooked, onion rings that were burnt, shrimp that was way overcooked to the point of no return. They brought me an entree that was not finished and 10 minutes later brought out the fries that were supposed to be with my meal. Overall this restaurant is a horrible place to eat. Do not recommend!!!!

The sweet tea was actually pretty good, not too sweet, and still had a bit of a bitter aftertaste that comes with most black teas. Which I personally like.Came with a side, which I chose some biscuits, and I think they taste amazing! The interior of the biscuits was very light and fluffy. The outside was buttery and had a salty taste and were very good.I had ordered the three-meat breakfast bowl, it came with some whole wheat bread that were buttered and the hollandaise sauce on the dish was very buttery and delicious! I would recommend it, had some meat, I got over-easy eggs but you can get a different cooked egg, some carrots and such. An overall good meal! The server was very nice and it was a rather quiet Monday afternoon so it was nice break after a six hour drive.

We had to wait 10min to be seated because there was no hostess at the front station. All the wait and kitchen staff seen us but nobody came over to help. After we finally got a seat it took another 10min before anybody came to take our drink order so when the waitress finally came over we ordered food and our drinks. The one star is because the drinks came out right away but it was another 35min before or food came out and it was pancakes and an omelet. We watched as everyone around us ordered then ate their meals. Once we did get our food we were told by our waitress she had to run home for a minute and while gone they gave our food to another table so she had to have it remade. So after waiting and remaking the food you would hope it was good, well you'll have to keep hoping. The vegetables in the omelet were raw and the cheese was cold and not melted. The Pancakes were crispy on the outside and rubbery on the inside. You couldn't cut them with the knife provided, it was comically bad. I will not be going back and would strongly suggest that nobody eat there.

Horrible customer service. Did a pickup order soggy undercooked fries and the mac n cheese was inedible. Called for a refund was hung up on. Called again said “we will try” then hung up on me.

I arrived at around 7:30 in the morning and it was disappointing.Throughout my entire time there there was staff behind the cash register talking out loud about whatever they were talking about. When the waitress came and asked me specifically if I wanted cream with my coffee I said no I. So naturally she brought cream when she brought the coffee. She was not paying attention to me, she was paying attention to whatever socializing she was doing with the other staff. And when I needed a coffee refill I had to wait for her and when she finally came she served other tables before me.I ordered the cheese three meat omelets with sourdough toast. For some strange reason one slice of toast was toasted and the other was white and soaked. I got the impression one of the slices was left over from an earlier meal.Anyway poor experience. And other than me there was a single table.

The staff gets ? the only exception was the food. Perhaps they had a shortage of staff in the kitchen. Everyone that I could see were giving their all and then some. Our wait staff still got a big tip.
