We had a wonderful experience at Bob Evans this evening. The manager, Golden, was very kind, did wonderful interacting with my son, and actively helped his staff behind the counter. With all the negativity in the world, it was very refreshing to come across someone so kind. Definitely recommend bringing your family to this location.

We tried to eat here at 4 o'clock on a Friday Afternoon, there were no cusomers in the restaurant. We waited 5 minutes for anybody to acknowledge we were there. We used the bathroom and looked around the restaurant, saw the disrepair of the place, mold on the ceiling and went across the street to eat. Bob, close this place, remodel and retrain your people.
