Service was efficient yet it was pretty slow at the time I went in. The cashier was pleasant and kind. She gave great service and asked questions to make sure I ordered any extra toppings. She had a bull nose piercing that I thought was cool. Some guy named Tony made my food and did amazing job. he made sure he I knew which subs were separate and put my meat on the side as it needed for my sandwich. He went above and beyond to make my day blessed! Great job Sidney firehouse

If this wasn't my boyfriends favorite place to eat, I probably would not come as often. His food is always prepared well, but he expresses to me that he gets looks when he goes to get his food (tattoos, backward hat, etc) because he looks a little rough around the edges. We're from a larger city where how he dresses isn't a huge deal. It's a norm if anything, but here it's not a thing. And that's fine. However, we who work in the customer service...

Wow! It's been a year or so since we got anything from this location and frankly the food hadn't been very good the last several times. Tonight changed that. 4 different subs and they were all amazing! Best I've had from anyplace in a long time and possibly the best Firehouse we've ever had. Great job guys, you did amazing.
