I love little Caesars in Toledo Detroit and beavercreek. Why is the sidney location always terrible. Pizza was stuck to box, tastes like it has been sitting in the box since lunch ch yesterday. Sauce is like glue in the mouth. Just this location. I have tried like 3 tines

My woman waited for almost 30 minutes here and another man was there before her. A car that pulled up after them got their food first. Poor customer service guys.

Well, they must have been behind on the inside because when I pulled app the order, I'd the drive to It Took Him About 5 Minutes to get Back to me. I'm getting to the point where I hate going through that place anymore

Order ahead on the app if you want your food hot and ready when you arrive. Every single time I try to go through the drive thru I end up being told to pull forward, then get left sitting for 20+ minutes before I go in and let them know they forgot about me. They have no system in place for which car came first or what ticket belongs to what car.

Waited 25 mins for a pizza and bread stick and the pizza isn’t even cut and bread sticks are actual dough
We ordered food BEFORE the closing time on DoorDash 25 minutes before the closing time. Received our order partially, and our receipt had my name 'Emily S' with a convenient 'hit' added at the end. As well as some ineligible writing at the bottom. I understand ordering right before close stinks, I work in a restaurant myself, and understand how inconvenient it is. However when it's almost 30 mins before the time, you forget part of our order, and proceed to write curse words on our receipt then I'm throwing that out the window. If you don't wanna work late, find another job.

Staff was fine, while placing my order I noticed the associate placing my orders dirty fingernails. After ordering and waiting on my order I observed the same associate cutting and boxing pizza while never washing their hands... I also noticed the associate working the window taking cash and cards cutting and boxing pizza while never washing their hands... I couldn't see the person making the pizza but briefly and that associate had no gloves. This would lead one to believe that well nobody washes their hands at this location. Needless to say I did not enjoy my pizza because of this...

This store needs to do a better just watching the front counter. I’ve come here a few times and it’s usually a five to ten minute wait minimum just for someone to come to the front so I can place my order.
